<p><strong>Want your team to get stronger, faster, better at your sport?</strong> I&#8217;ve trained clients to support them in their primary sports, from running to roller derby. Sport-specific fitness training is tailored to the sport you play, to help you move, play, and perform better, <em>and</em> protect you from future injury.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="BARBELL">Squat Mobility and Mechanics</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">May 30th @ 1:00pm-2:30pm</h3>



<p>A pay-what-you-will workshop on mobility and mechanics for all bodies to improve your squat! This is a beginner-friendly session, so you&#8217;ll benefit whether or not you&#8217;re familiar with barbell squats. </p>



<p>We&#8217;ll include mobility drills to support better squat form, and overviews of technique for several squat variations. You&#8217;ll get practice time and individualized adjustments on each squat, so you can feel what works best for your body.</p>

<p><strong>Looking for personalized training without the expense or scheduling headaches of going to in-person sessions every week? Hybrid training is for you. </strong></p>



<p>I believe everyone deserves access to fitness, in a safer space that is inclusive of all bodies, genders, races, and abilities. With hybrid training, I give you the best of both worlds: regular, guided sessions where you can learn good form and technique, with programming tailored to your goals, but at a fraction of the cost of regular in-person training.</p>



<p><strong>Beginners are very welcome!</strong> I can teach you safe technique, and I adapt for all levels. It&#8217;s <em>always</em> my goal to offer a safer space for all bodies and abilities to move with intention.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What is Hybrid Training?</h2>



<p><strong>Hybrid training is a hybrid of in-person training, and training you do on your own.</strong> You&#8217;ll learn technique from me with at least one in-person session per month, and then continue the training arc on your own through the rest of the month, using workouts I&#8217;ve provided for you.</p>



<p>Having a gym membership is ideal for when you complete workouts on your own, but when needed, I can also design programming for you based on equipment you have at home.</p>

<li><strong>Tier 3 ($165/mo):</strong> for people with marginalized identities and those in need.</li>

<p>My in-person training sessions are built to move you towards a healthier, stronger, fuller life, in a safer space that is inclusive of all bodies, genders, races, and abilities. No matter what you want for your body, I&#8217;m here to listen to your needs, celebrate your wins (big AND small!), and guide you to your goals to the best of my ability.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">When you work with me, you&#8217;ll get custom workouts every week, and 1-hour in-person sessions for each workout.</h3>



<p>Each hour we spend together is devoted to teaching you safe and effective technique, and getting you closer to your goals. You can train with me 1-on-1, or share with a friend or partner who has similar goals to yours.</p>
