Get in-person fitness training tailored to your goals, no matter where you’re starting.

My in-person training sessions are built to move you towards a healthier, stronger, fuller life, in a safer space that is inclusive of all bodies, genders, races, and abilities. No matter what you want for your body, I’m here to listen to your needs, celebrate your wins (big AND small!), and guide you to your goals to the best of my ability.

When you work with me, you’ll get custom workouts every week, and 1-hour in-person sessions for each workout.

Each hour we spend together is devoted to teaching you safe and effective technique, and getting you closer to your goals. You can train with me 1-on-1, or share with a friend or partner who has similar goals to yours.

My current rates are a sliding scale of $75-$95 per session, and all training sessions occur at Prism Moves on N MLK Jr. Blvd.
