Want your team to get stronger, faster, better at your sport? I’ve trained clients to support them in their primary sports, from running to roller derby. Sport-specific fitness training is tailored to the sport you play, to help you move, play, and perform better, and protect you from future injury.

Squat Mobility and Mechanics
May 30th @ 1:00pm-2:30pm
A pay-what-you-will workshop on mobility and mechanics for all bodies to improve your squat! This is a beginner-friendly session, so you’ll benefit whether or not you’re familiar with barbell squats.
We’ll include mobility drills to support better squat form, and overviews of technique for several squat variations. You’ll get practice time and individualized adjustments on each squat, so you can feel what works best for your body.
