Hybrid Training

Hybrid training offers functional fitness with expert support and flexibility, but without the expense of weekly personal training.

Looking for personalized training without the expense or scheduling headaches of going to in-person sessions every week? Hybrid training is for you. 

I believe everyone deserves access to fitness, in a safer space that is inclusive of all bodies, genders, races, and abilities. With hybrid training, I give you the best of both worlds: regular, guided sessions where you can learn good form and technique, with programming tailored to your goals, but at a fraction of the cost of regular in-person training.

Beginners are very welcome! I can teach you safe technique, and I adapt for all levels. It’s always my goal to offer a safer space for all bodies and abilities to move with intention.

What is Hybrid Training?

Hybrid training is a hybrid of in-person training, and training you do on your own. You’ll learn technique from me with at least one in-person session per month, and then continue the training arc on your own through the rest of the month, using workouts I’ve provided for you.

Having a gym membership is ideal for when you complete workouts on your own, but when needed, I can also design programming for you based on equipment you have at home.

My current rates are sliding scale beginning at $165-$215/mo for 1 monthly in-person session and 1x/week programming, All in-person training sessions occur at Prism Moves on N MLK Jr. Blvd near N Prescott.

  • Tier 1 ($215/mo): for those who have resources to cover themselves and increase access for marginalized folks and those in need.
  • Tier 2 ($190/mo): for those who have sufficient resources and can cover themselves.
  • Tier 3 ($165/mo): for people with marginalized identities and those in need.
