I train you with a group of just 2-5 other people to build functional fitness. It’s an affordable way to get strong, get personal instruction from me, and a dose of community, too!

Beginners are very welcome! I can teach you safe technique, and I adapt for all levels. It’s always my goal to offer a safer space for all bodies and abilities to move with intention.

Want a different day or time? Got a couple of friends you want to train with? Fill out my interest form with your availability. I can notify you about new times, or even set up sessions especially for your small group!
